The National Monument is located on top of Vítkov hill in Prague. It was built from 1928–1938 in honor of the World War I Czechoslovak legionaries. After 1948, it was used to promote the Communist regime. The Memorial was opened to the public in 2009.

In the final days of World War II, the Nazis attempt to use black magic to aid their dying cause.
