The Emirates Palace is the most luxurious hotel in all of Abu Dhabi and partially open to the public. At $3 billion, the Emirates Palace hotel is one of the most expensive hotels ever built. The hotel is built like an Arabian palace and its 100 acres of private land include beautiful green gardens, huge fountains, swimming pools, multiple helicopter pads and a 1.3 km long sandy beach. Opened in 2005, the hotel has 114 domes, including the imposing 72-meter-high central dome. The ceilings of the hotel are richly decorated with no less than 1002 chandeliers. The 394 rooms and suites are also fully equipped and richly decorated with marble and gold. An overnight stay in low season costs at least a few hundred euros per night, per person. Those who would like to book the Palace Grand Suite have to dig deep into their pockets, this room costs no less than 10,000 euros per night!

Filming for Fast & Furious 7 has started on April 16, 2014 with the first photos of the cast and crew on set at Emirates Palace hotel. Visitors staying at Emirates Palace say they have been kept away from certain areas of the grounds.
