The house of Jack used in the movie was built in 1973 according to Curbed Los Angeles. It was designed by the Malibu architect Douglas Rucker. He also designed a house for actor Kris Kristofferson who starred in the 1976 version o A Star Is Born. The lovely house was renovated by Dan Meis, the architect who designed Staples Center and bought the in 2015. He lived there himself. In 2017 it was sold for two million dollar. Filming in and around the house took fifteen days.

SYNOPSIS
