The chapel of Agios Ioannis sto Kastri –dedicated to Saint John– is on the top of a barren sea rock with spectacular panoramic views, at a height of 100 meters; it is incredibly picturesque from both the bottom and top.
Located at the top of a 100 metre promontory, it's a stunning location, but the chapel itself was glammed up a little for the movie (and the interior is a set built at Pinewood).
