Haus Cumberland, as it is called in German, was built in 1911. It served as a hotel and as headquarters for several administrations. In 2011, the building was restored. Now it houses commercial and residential places. The building was designed by Robert Leibnitz who also designed the famous Hotel Adlon in Berlin.
