Pinebank Arch was built in 1861 by J.B. and W.W. Cornell Ironworks and is one of the five remaining original cast-iron bridges in Central Park. It was rescued from decline and lovingly restored in the 1980s. It's located at the southwest corner of the park near the Heckscher Playground.
