Loyola High School is a private, Roman Catholic in Los Angeles. It was established in 1865. In 1917 the school moved to its current location on Venice Boulevard. The college was renamed Loyola College in 1918, in honor of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Society of Jesus.
