The Ebell of Los Angeles is a women's club. It also includes a 1,270-seat theatre. It has been owned and operated by the club since 1927. It is the place where the young Judy Garland was discovered. The club itself was formed as a women's club in 1894. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.
