Park Avenue is a wide New York City boulevard. It was formerly called Fourth Avenue. The MetLife Building - formerly the Pan Am Building - is a skyscraper at Park Avenue and 45th Street that crosses the avenue. it was designed in the International style by Richard Roth, Walter Gropius, and Pietro Belluschi.
