In the scene The Duke of Oxford (Ralph Fiennes) passes the Royal College of Defence Studies, the college for the most promising senior officers of the British Armed Forces, Her Majesty's Diplomatic Service and Civil Service. Following the end of World War II, the college reopened at Seaford House (also known as Sefton House) a former aristocratic mansion at Belgrave Square. On the other side of the street you will find Belgrave Square, a large, grandiose architecture 19th-century garden square. It takes its name from one of the Duke of Westminster's subsidiary titles, Viscount Belgrave.
