The Blue Cave of Biševo (Croatian: Modra špilja) is a cave on the west coast of the Croatian island of Biševo. The cave can be entered through a small opening at the sea, which allows rowing boats of up to 5 meters long and 1 meter high to enter the cave. The cave is at its most beautiful at the end of the morning and around noon. On sunny days and when the sea water is calm, the sunlight then reflects into the water in the cave through an opening below the water level, giving the water a remarkable blue color.

SYNOPSIS
