Laughing Waters is probably one of the most beautiful beaches in Jamaica. The gurgling falls, the golden sand and the blue sea make it a piece of paradise. The property is managed by the St. Ann Development Corporation and its parent the Urban Development Corporation, a government body that owns and operates some of the island's most lucrative toursim attractions. The beach can be rented to groups.
