Avenue des Champs-Élysées is the most prestigious and widest avenue in Paris. Thanks in part to its cinemas, cafes and luxury stores, it is one of the most famous streets in the world. The Arc de Triomphe or the Arch of Triumph is a triumphal arch and one of Paris' most famous structures at the western end of the Champs-Élysées, where twelve avenues, or avenues, converge.
