Located in the parish of South Mimms, Hertfordshire, Wrotham Park is an English country house built in the neo-Palladian style. Its architect, Isaac Ware, designed it in 1754 for Admiral John Byng, son of Admiral George Byng, 1st Viscount Torrington. The estate spans 2,500 acres (10 km2) and is still owned by the Byng family. Situated south of the town of Potters Bar, the house is approximately 17 miles (27 km) from Hyde Park Corner in central London. With its striking façade, the house has been used as a filming location on over 60 occasions.
