Risin og Kellingin, a pair of sea stacks located near the northern shoreline of the Eysturoy island in the Faroe Islands, are closely situated to the town of Eiði. These geological formations, named The Giant and the Witch (or Hag) respectively, are steeped in folklore that recounts their creation. The Giant (Risin), standing at a height of 71 meters and situated farther from the coast, is complemented by the pointed stack of the witch (Kellingin), which stands at a height of 68 meters and is positioned closer to the land, with legs apart.
