Paris chases Ethan and Grace through Rome.
Although it looks like this scene was shot on the Spanish Steps, given the havoc caused, it is of course impossible that this was filmed (entirely) on the spot. But the location is easily recognizable! The Spanish Steps, known as Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti in Italian, is a famous landmark in Rome. Designed by Francesco de Sanctis and Alessandro Specchi and completed in 1725, the Spanish Steps connect the Piazza di Spagna at the base with the Trinità dei Monti church at the top. Comprising 135 steps, the staircase is a popular gathering place for locals and tourists alike. The elegant design, adorned with beautiful flowers and a central fountain, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The Spanish Steps have become a symbol of Rome's charm and allure, attracting visitors from all over the world.
