St Michael's Chapel at Rame Head in Cornwall, England, is a historic site dating back to before its 1397 licensing. The simple, single-cell chapel is made of slate and granite rubble with deep lancet windows and a barrel vault roof. It has served as a place of worship and a lookout tower, particularly during the Spanish Armada and World War II. Part of an Iron Age promontory fort complex, it is connected to the 13th-century St Germanus Church by an ancient track. Now a significant landmark, it is a popular stop for those walking the South West Coast Path.
